PC Recycle and Repair

I brought my laptop in for repairThey charged me a $service fee and then later called to say the laptop was inoperableWhen I picked up the laptop, they gave me the hard drive separatelyLater I noticed the L connector on the SATA port was badly damaged, which could only be done by forcefully removing the hard drive from the computer This damage could not have been present prior to PC Recycle and Repair disassembling the computer, as the hard drive was installed and had never been previously removed before dropping it offI called to ask them about the damage, and was told to come in for a replacementWhen I showed up for the replacement, the manager denied responsibility, said I couldn't prove they broke it and refused to provide a replacementDespite denying responsibility, he claimed it didn't matter if they broke it as it was inoperableHe also flippantly offered to smash it with a hammerI have no way of knowing if it was truly inoperable prior to the damage and now
