I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hello, This whole experience from both the store owner and the sales rep at the store has been one of extreme disrespect. As stated when I first called in I asked the sales rep if my wife can get her screen replaced because of the defective case the put on the phone. This sales rep rudely started shouting a warranty that was never told to my wife. This is backed up by Mike's last response that say "we did not verbally or in writing commit about any warranty.". As the salesperson voice escalated he offered for me to speak with the store clerk as it seems he was all ready heated in the very brief 20 second conversation before he handed the phone over to the owner after informing me that my wife shouldn't be so negligent. At this point because of the sales reps. rudeness I just wanted a refund. When I got on the phone with the owner he again was yelling about a water damage warranty but again in his last email stated no warranty was talked or written about at the time of purchase. They then stated to reach out to the manufacture. I rebutted that since they were the ones who purchased the case and repaired the phone the refund should be through them. After the store owner finished yelling about a warranty that again he conceded was never verbally spoken nor written out to us I said Id just contact a lawyer at which the store owner rudely hung up. I took a minute to calm down after that phone call and tried to call back and apologize about the lawyer comment and see if we can civilly get this resolved. But as I called in and told the sales rep the owner hung up on me, his words were "OH he hung up on you well its about to happen again." At this point I was ferocious, but took their advice and contacted the manufacture via email about the defective product. This is when I was in informed by the manufacture that since the store did the repairs they are the ones I should seek reimbursement from. I'd be happy to provide the emails in necessary. Again as Mike explain his warranty It only covers for 90 days against any defect in the product. Because the case was defective I and I'm under the 90 days I should be covered. As stated in Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act of 1972 ORC 1345.01 the state makes it illegal for sellers to misrepresent the nature of their business, products or services, the price of their goods or the terms of a transaction. Again since the nature of their warranty has been changing on both the call that I made and through emails here going from water damage only, to defects only, to no warranty was ever expressed this is a deceptive practice. I am deeply sadden by these turn of events as I do support small businesses and do not like to take money from them but at the same time can not tolerate the sheer disrespect from the sales rep and the owner. This could have been easily solved with a simple replacement screen for my wife's phone but at this point I no longer want to do business with them. I'll be going up to the store soon to hopefully get this resolved. If it wasn't for the disrespect from the sales rep. and the hanging up of the owner I would've never contacted the Revdex.com and would've tried to handle this over the phone or in person. Regards,

Hello: This person is going out of control and have nerd to ask after braking the screen. Our policies which we have explain them clearly says warranty will be voiced if the screen is broken. It only coverd=s for 90 days against any defect in the product. So there is no question for refund...

here. As far as the case concern when they bought this case we did not verbally or in writing committed about any warranty. This are just a regular case not a life time case that anyone covers warranty on it. Please feel free to cintact us if you need further asisstance on this case. MikePC Repair on Wheels, Inc.
