Realtor referred me to go to *** *** residents to to see what we could do and sell what contents was left over*** was told right off that bat that there would be lot of items that we could sell but we would take care of them by donation them to place that could could take them
that or would have to trash to the dumb at the time I did not have my licence to spray for bugs on the padded items that sit on or lay onthe couch and chairs recliner had a cat smell of urine so my cuz say he would take it as they did not have any at the timeshe was OK with that from what we we took also told her porcelain dolls would be would be donated to children hospital she say she would do it but I told her I had a lady I gave stuff to who work there that could take it for us she was ok with thatthe metal milk can was left there on the front porch has it was very heavy could not left it up at all I call her the day we was there for the last trip to say we cant get it to heavy to leftthe bird bath was trash because it was cracked, the blue swivel chairs we have in the store which we got clean as good as we could but they are not selling even treat for bugswe still have a good bit of small items left over we have patio out fit which I have try to sell many time it in a storage unit this will not sell at this time of seasonTV.s exercise equipment all went to auction as those don't sell goodwill dont even take them any morethe fake trees ae falling apart at the storewe still have baking dishes, games, amber butter dish, cake pans,blue swivel chairs, patio furniture with pads,some garden tools, iron's, electric knife, tea set, silverware, tea cup saucier,tissue box & holder toilet paper holder, tv stand umbrella, wooded magazine rack, and following items were were sold at auction : Christmas tree,cloth napkins, track tapes,garden hose and real, ironing board, multi set of dishes, napkin rings, clothes placement,quilts, blankets, shoe racks, tool bench, wooded shelves ( some ) lawn spreader luggage was donated for kids who get out of prison to have a way to carry there clothes and belongings paints and misc solvents was auction off most of the stuff that gone to the auction to be auction off u never get what you think u would even when u put to boxes of stuff in a group which they call them lot I even had to pay a few time as it did not bring in enough to cover commission for the auction when *** try to reach me one time I did try to call and left word what was going on and never got calls back but then I would see things on Facebook which im not on there that much but to post and new items we have gone though a hard time for a period of time I explained how my credit card was tapped into and how gas at the store was off and my helper was stealing money from me I did mail a check for $im not denying that I own this family money I hoping here in a few weeks to send more out til it caught up our commission at the time is 35% when we pick this up first of Nov it was raise to 40% which was told I would be doing when Novcome around also keep in mined if any thing that a family make over $or $would get a I only make 35% at that time but now 40% for any one that come in for us to sell there items we tell them we will get what we can where we both make money sold items baby gates $for bothbattery charger $15.00porch beach got 18.00 canning jars $10.00 metal chairs $5.00cooking utensils spoons forks etc got $8.00 end tables maple $25.00gas grill $15.00hutch maple $75.00oak dinning room table with chairs $75.00ladders $for both laundry basket $1.00lawn spreaders $5.00multiple serving trays $5.00music stand $5.00rugs area $& $10.00school desk $.500sewing machine table with bench $10.00 strainer ,cooking metal 2.00table with lamp 5.00table porch wooden 8.00table round maple 8.00table small with square top $5.00tools multiple kinds , size $200.00utility racks $25.00vacuum cleaner $20.00 vcr player 5.00violin decorative $10.00wheel barrels for both $both had flat tire filing cabinet oak draws $10.00for a total of $651.00 35% - $227.85 for total $423.15check for $75.00 grand total we own $348.15 again sorry for this taking so long we will be getting your money to u soon as we can thank you*** ***
