Review: I paid for my laptop screen repair and keyboard repair on 7/17/14. I had to pay before work was done. I was told 2 weeks. I called on 7/26/14 and was told that the laptop would be ready 8/2/14. I called on 8/5/14 and was told that it sill was not ready. I spoke with the owner Keith S[redacted] and he gave me his word and guarenteed that it will be ready for me on 8/6/14. I went to store on 8/6/14 and the laptop was not there.Mr S[redacted] was not there either. The store manager called Mr S[redacted] and was told to give my cell phone number to him and he (Mr S[redacted] ) will call me back. The manager also stated that Mr S[redacted] was on his way to the store. I waited in the store from 5:30pm until 7:oopm. The store closed at 7pm. I still don't have my laptop and I have not received a call back from the owner Keith S[redacted] or my laptop.They have VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one has called me to resolve the matter. They don't complete the job in THE TIME THAT THEY SAY IT WILL BE DONE. They require payment up front for the service ,but they don't do the repair in the time that they say they will. I will file a Civil suit if I don't receive my labtop by the end of this week.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and my laptop back. I called the police and they told me to file a civil case and that I can try to sue the company. I want other people to know and beware of using this company to get repairs to their computer / laptop equipment.
