As per the agreement signed by the customer, the refund happens only within days from the day of service and it is now been months since january Refund cannot be processed however we are readily willing to provide services to the customer, our support lines are active monday to friday 9am to 5pm CST for unlimited support and our email helpline is available 24/days for limited support, the customer who made the complaint might have called us outside our business hours and we have not received any email query, we tried calling the customer but she was unavailable, PC Solutions ###-###-#### [redacted]
