Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If I had the system for months I would expect some old replacement, the unit was installed for less than two months I Invested $in a new system and I now stuck with a used panel And for them to think I would put a panel in my home that is defected is crazy for security and safety reasons Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Customer, Regardless of how long the panel was installed our procedures remain the sameIn no way are we trying to stick you with an old used or defective panelPer the manufacture and our in shop testing the panel is not defective, thus the reason we are offering you your original panel back at no chargeIf the panel was irreparable the manufacture would have sent us a new system for us to install for you One possible reason the panel would not respond while you were using it is that it could be the panel suffered a power surge or major glitch from it's power sourceWhile testing and troubleshooting the panel over the phone we only completed soft rebootsHowever, when we removed the system from your home and took it to our shop for testing we completed what is known as a hard rebootThis involves removing all power sources for an extended period of time prior to rebooting, thus discharging all electrical circuitsWhen we could not get the panel to replicate the issue we sent it to the manufacture for further testingThe manufacture deemed the panel 100% operationalPlease understand that we are in no way trying to give you a used panel only your panel back that you originally purchased in good working order

I will allow the removed panel to be re-installed at no cost to me, with one condition If the panel has any "issues" after installation Indiana Alarm will install a "new" panel from the manufacture at no cost me.

Dear Customer,     Regardless of how long the panel was installed our procedures remain the same. In no way are we trying to stick you with an old used or defective panel. Per the manufacture and our in shop testing the panel is not defective, thus the reason we are offering you your original panel back at no charge. If the panel was irreparable the manufacture would have sent us a new system for us to install for you.  One possible reason the panel would not respond while you were using it is that it could be the panel suffered a power surge or major glitch from it's power source. While testing and troubleshooting the panel over the phone we only completed soft reboots. However, when we removed the system from your home and took it to our shop for testing we completed what is known as a hard reboot. This involves removing all power sources for an extended period of time prior to rebooting, thus discharging all electrical circuits. When we could not get the panel to replicate the issue we sent it to the manufacture for further testing. The manufacture deemed the panel 100% operational. Please understand that we are in no way trying to give you a used panel only your panel back that you originally purchased in good working order.

Daisy has been refunded the $8 for monitoring that she was charged since she did cancel within that 3 day period. If I had the system for 6 months I would expect some old replacement, the unit was installed for less than two months.   I Invested $700 in a new system and I now stuck with a used panel.  And for them to think I would put a panel in my home that is defected is crazy for security and safety reasons.
