Complaint Information: Customer had to bring computer twice to repair because of an intermittent problem , it did took longer than to repair , we spoke to customer and apologize for the inconvenience that it may cause and agree to refund the diagnosis chargeSometimes when intermittent problem occurs may delay repairs as we need to recreate issues to begin repairs, once again we apologize for the inconvenience and we always try our best to repair our customers computersPCW Computer

Review: I brought a PC in to be restored with the operating system. The screen would not light up. After a couple of hours they called me and said I needed to replace the whole screen. I insisted that the screen was still good because it was on the day before. I got into some exec files on a friend of mines portable hard drive and messed up the operating system. They insisted after checking it out this was the problem and it would cost me $500 to fix. So I left with my PC and while I was still in the parking lot I called The [redacted] Corp. In a matter of minutes they had my screen lit up and ready to reinstall my operating system. I couldn't install it right then because I forgot my password (Mac PCs require a password). I went back into PCW and expressed my displeasure on how they lied to me and said I had to replace my screen. They were going charge me $500 for something that didn't need fixing.Desired Settlement: What CAN they do? This is complaint about the way they do business. Me nor anybody I know will have anything to do with this company. I also have an X Box there to be repaired they had it for a week, gave me a price. They then called me today 12/7/2015 to tell me they can't fix it. Was is that? Their are plenty of people that fix PCs I just need to find one that is capable of doing so. Never lie to your customers.
