XXXXXXXX against PC Wonks has been resolved successfully to my satisfaction. They have agreed that by contacting you and indicating that the case has been resolved they will (1) Not charge for the services that they performed to my dissatisfaction, and (2) Will provide me with free lifetime technical support. Considering the trouble I had to go through to get my computer back to the way it was before they touched it, and because I do believe that I was scammed, I will probably not take advantage of the free offer. I have learned a valuable lesson and will remember it going forward. Thank you for your assistance and for your help getting me through this difficult time.
