What I thought was a possible mold problem underneath my kitchen floor turned out to be something harmless Instead of taking advantage of me, I was honestly told what the actual cause is and that I wouldn't be needing their services after allI highly recommend PCC! I would not hesitate to contact PCC in the future for any of their servicesA++
PCC was recommended to me by my plumber when we experienced a sudden and unexpected leak in the hydrant which goes to the outside water faucetThe resulting leak covered 2/of my kitchen and 1/of my front hallway with clear waterThey responded with a callback within minutesWithin minutes, the serviceman was at my door with a de-humidifier and several fansWithin minutes, another PCC tech showed up with a wet vac, cleaned ALL the water up, drilled ventallation holes, and sprayed antimicrobial fluid where the water had contacted my molding, drywall, tile, and under the cabinetryThey offered a discount that I was unaware of and checked on the progress of the de-humidifier every couple of days until their equipment showed that everything was dryTheir tech, ***, was very kind and understanding about our concernsThey did a great job and ultimately saved us thousands of dollarsThere were total techs, I think [redacted] and [redacted] were the other ALL were very nice

PCC far exceeded my expectationsHaving never been in a situation needing professional cleaning or restoring, I had no idea what to expect or where to beginThe office staff at PCC, *** and ***, were very professional and quick to return calls or answer any questions that I hadRoger was up front with what to expect and was very thorough walking through my home showing me everything that needed to be addressed*** was in charge of cleaning my home and did a phenomenal job returning it to what it was beforeShe was professional, prompt and efficient and was able to complete the job in a very timely mannerI am highly satisfied with PCC and plan to refer them to friends and family

was the carpet dealer and installer, they are responsible for handling the claim and that she would need to get the proper information to them to file with the manufacturer
PCC Cleaning & Restoration has been a pleasure to work with They were prompt, courteous and displayed the kind of professional integrity that is hard to find these days I will gladly reccomend them to anyone in need of the services they offer
