Review: I got a call that my computer has a virus and infection ijn it and in order to fix it they have to get into my computer and they threatened me that my computer will crash if I dont let them get on my computer. I was not happy as they said they have done the work and they made a fake promise that my computer will be fixed and asked me to pay $350.00 using a debit card online in Aug 04 2015. I do not trust them and I want my money back as Its a scam as Ive read about them they are scam ArtisitDesired Settlement: I do not want to deal with this company in future and I want entire amount that I paid to be refunded back into my account. Or else I will put legal charges on this company

Review: On July 5th I had a problem with my computer and suddenly a box popped up saying I had a problem with my computer with pc expert365 name and phone number in it. After calling them they convinced me they could fix all issues, put up firewalls, and install antivirus for $149.99. With this I would get 1 year of protection. After they supposedly my computer things got worse. I called them again on 3 separate dates trying to get it fixed with no luck. Each time I did call I would give them access to my computer and they would fumble around for a half hour or so, delete apps I didn't want deleted and then say it was fixed but it wasn't. This service came with a 45 day cancellation money back guarantee. When I ask for a refund I was told "no we have worked on your computer several times and we feel you don't deserve a refund. I said there was a 45 day money back guarantee and I guess it didn't matter to them. I then disputed the charge with my credit card company and even though I had cancelled they resubmitted the bill. I then called them and was told by an employee named Sam that they didn't resubmit the charge and a full refund had been issued but that was a lie. Nothing they promised to me has been true. I have been very patient with them but now feel I have to take further action to resolve this issue. I feel like I was scammed out of my money. Also after their last attempt at fixing my computer they deleted the links to be able to get back in should I have called again with another problem. This was the call when I ask for a refund. That told me all I needed to know. Also the computer in question is now junk. After their last time ( also the time I ask for a refund) the computer locked up the next dayDesired Settlement: Full refund of the $149.99
