Review: pcgrowbox.com guarentees support after you receive purchase. I have emailed 6 times and called about 10 times with not one response. Also I ordered light traps for $40.00 dollars and they sent me the top of two little boxes. I asked to please send these back because there useless and no one will return my call or answer my emails. I have never grow a garden indoors before and bought this product because of the support and help I knew I would need. The product itself was poorly made and the door on the dresser was off line. I paid for a service which I am not getting, and I want a refund for the cardboard they sent me as a light trap. I also have several questions that needed to be answered but know it seems almost to late as my garden is dying. If nothing can be done I want people to at least be aware of their lack of support and their rudeness as to not return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the supposed light traps and a refund for not getting the support I was promised and for the poorly made dresser I bought. I would also like an apology for their rudeness. I paid over $1,200 for a complete service I did not get.
