Hi ***, My apologies for not getting back to you in the timely matter I had a death in the family and had the leave country Back to your issues, I did a lot research and pulled facts regarding your move Mover’s arrival.I spoke to our foreman, who came to the address of [redacted] That was done intentionally in order to find the best access and park zone for our 26ft truck Our movers checked the main address with your neighbors, just a common practice in [redacted] to make sure it’s correct address In [redacted] or [redacted] Maps [redacted] doesn’t existAfter your initial contact with movers you were yelling at them about coming to your neighbors address Our guys were respectful to you and to your daughterPlease remember, your ½ address number was not clearly visible Finally, our guys maneuvered a 26ft truck into an alley behind a main address You wrote an entire paragraph about their arrival (and I have to do the same in order to explain it), but as a matter of fact that time did not cost you a centTime that you pay for only starts when movers inspect a place, get directions and when contract is signed As far as mover’s knowledge to English, I can assure you that they understand everything regarding this jobOther past clients did not complain about English knowledgeYou have a copy of the invoice and is written in English If our guys have weak English – please don’t blame them because they are differentThese are simple guys, who need simple directions Invoice.You changed your moving date and we were flexible to help youAs far as contract, it’s a mandatory to sign it with any moving company Prior to you move we sent a confirmation with all the necessary information about your move Your foreman additionally told you that if you don’t understand something you can always read your email You have confirmed your move The fact that you changed a moving date somehow looks like we did something to prevent you from having a choice I am not sure where are you heading here Boxes.Your marking FRONT is confusing FRONT what? Of the truck, storage, apartment, kitchen ?? You just need to be more specific I am sure guys were confused too If it was so important to you to have things in the specific place, than best thing to do is to stay with movers at all times and point at each item where you want it to be placed I got lost in your explanation about wardrobeForgive me, I did not understand anythingYour mirror or something that was in the box was unknown to movers Box was not marked MIRROR, FLAGILE or GLASS When we handle mirrors we separate them from other items, because it has to be placed in the special and safe place in the truck I also would like to remind you that our company sent you a confirmation which clearly states: « If customer wraps their own furniture, or helps carry the items to the truck, PCH Movers is not responsible for any damage done to these items during the move.You have pointed to the box which you are claiming consisted a broken mirror Our movers had no knowledge of contents of the box When foreman asked what was inside, you told him of a broken mirror He said: “Well let’s open the box and see what can we do” You refused In response you told him that you got it and instructed him specifically NOT to open the box It’s impossible for us to know what was inside, even though we tried to help you and you refused us helping Even if something did brake, we did not pack it We can’t take a responsibility for something we don’t know, and I sure that’s not the answer you are looking for If we are at some fault, then I am willing to compensate you for a Basic Valuation (insurance of $per pound per article) In any case, that’s what I am obligated by contract Just because these guys don’t have MBA, that doesn’t mean they have to be treated without respect They work hard and they take pride in what they do I still stay behind of what we stand for Once again, so sorry that I did not get back to you in timely matter I had family that needed me more than everI hope you understandI certainly see that you are not happy and I sorry that your experience was not to your expectationI can assure you that we did everything to satisfy you as our client If you have any other concerns or issues please contact our manager [redacted] at 949-500-he is my right hand who deals with clientsSincerely, [redacted] PCH MoversTell us why here

Nothing was resolvedThere was no offerHe sent incorrect information about the moveI"m not sure what he is trying to do..I see no offered for resolve:.I am completely in my rights as a customer to expect a PROFFESSIONAL moving company to do their homework firstThey dont just go house to house to find out where they can park the 26' truck I did tell your office staff that the exact location was in the alley..all moving trucks unload and pick up in the alleyI was speciffic about that If I had wanted any neighbors involved with my move I would have had them helping As a professional moving company if you still just weren't sure you should have scouted before the move.The time frame: I had to change the move date because of work conflicts That should be no issue at all If you charge a cancellation fee and it was posted I would have paid that, or if you weren't able to do the move I would have understood that too and called a different company for the job.None of the mentioned issues were the way you printed to the Revdex.com The boxes marked FRONT...When the two gentlemen first came into the house I took them to the room with all the packed boxes I showed them the ones that were marked FRONT and asked that they be put in the front of the storage unit so I could get to them first They did not ask me to clarify that so I felt they were on the same page.The mirror and it's box: you said in letter it wasn't marked Not trueMarked with very large black letters that said MIRROR Do not Lay Flat On the top section and the bottom section I have photos of that box to prove how strongly it is marked I know your guys saw the big writing Impossible to miss.When they moved that box and I heard what sounded like rocks falling from inside I said it's broken They did ask if I wanted them to open it to, what good would that do? Other past clients did not complain about English knowledge. You have a copy of the invoice and is written in English.  If our guys have weak English – please don’t blame them because they are different.
