PCI was initially very responsive and came out and to give me a quote to repair the roof after the latest hail damage The guy that gave me the quote said that they (PCI) would be in contact with my insurance company and they would be in contact with me about a week later Two weeks went by and after leaving numerous messages with the receptionist to have Ethan call me, I heard absolutely nothingI called my insurance company to see if PCI contacted them and they hadn't I emailed the quote from PCI to my insurance company and they approved the quote for the work to be done I called PCI and told them the work was approved and I'd like to schedule the work PCI said they call me back They never did In the mean time, I told them that they didn't show to give me a quote for interior work and they apologized profusely and said that someone would come out today between 3:and 5:pm Never happened

When you have an experience this horrible it's difficult to express it in wordsI believe their intentions were good, but the results were horribleI show people the pictures of what they did to my house to see the look on their face and get a good laughI can laugh now because the nightmare is over, but it was a real life example of what can happen when you get inexperienced contractors to do work they are not qualified to doEvery aspect of the repair, even the simplest thing was done wrongSince I can't use pics, here are a few examplesThey drywalled over the dryer vent openingthe molding were missing behind the toilet and near a register ventThe drywall was so uneven it looked like it had wartsThey reinstalled my towel bar bentThey put a hole in the wall with the door handle and said I did itThe list goes onWhen I asked Robert if he would do this work to his bathroom at home, he said "YES"If you decide to hire themGOOD LUCK!

After a flooding rain, we discovered that standing water had rotted a hole through our new-homeWe called two service providers - one told us it was "too complicated" of a project, another never followed up with a quote After weeks of waiting, we called PCI after we saw one of their service trucks on the highway Kizmet! These guys are fantastic!! We worked with Joe Roy and his crew They are efficient, respectful, detail-oriented, and clearly proud of the work they do They are creative problem solvers and skilled craftsmen Joe came by regularly to check on the work and walk through it with me When I wasn't happy, he corrected it They were cognizant of our budget and worked with us to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again in the future It looks better than the original! We've already hired them for another home improvement project
Very happy with the work they do, Highly recommended!

Four months of going around in circles and then finally receiving an invoice for a partially completed job with no contact from PCI and no explanation as to why they couldn't complete the job
I contacted PCI in April and the last I heard from them was in AugustThe last text I received from their estimator was "I will call you this afternoon with the estimate"I haven't heard from them yet and it's now SeptemberComplete silenceI'm not sure what happened, but this is terrible customer service
I received an invoice (again) today for the first part of the job which is not broken down by line itemIt is just one lineWho knows how that was figuredI won't be doing business with these guys again

I had PCI replace my roof, and stain my fence and decks from an insurance claim Dave *** was PCI rep which I worked and corresponded with PCI replaced my roof, painted the house trim, stained my fence and decks All work was completed on time and with excellent quality I would use PCI again without thinking twice about it Excellent company to work with

Septwe had a major water leak under our kitchen sinkWater was in every room of the main floor and in the crawl space under the house Our insurance company called PCI to come out They were here that afternoon and immediately started cleaning up the water They had to remove all the flooring down to the sub floor The furnace and the kitchen cabinets all had damage Obviously PCI had to wait for approval from our insurance company to do any of the repairs, which took a long time in our eyes, but once the approvals came through, PCI had workers at our house working ***, our project manager was very diligent in going to bat for us with the insurance agencyHe got us set up in a hotel suite with a kitchen while they removed all our cabinets and during the furnace replacement All of PCI employees that were at the house were very courteous and respectful I would gladly recommend them anyone that needs repairs done to their home We will call on them again if needed

PCI was very courteous and professional from start to finish. The job turned out well. PCI was price competitive with three other local companies.

PCI has been a wonderful company to work with and they will work with you on just about anything; most especially Dave Fleming. This is the second time I've used PCI (the first time was by referral from a trusted friend) and I will use them again in the future. They do great work, are very thorough, communicate well, and do what they say they are going to do. They even "fixed" a problem before I even know about it on the first job. They are top notch and I highly recommend them for all your construction needs!
