PCM BRILLIANT SKIN AND KECOMMR*BUYUPHORIA are a complete and total scam. I fell victim to their Facebook ad on Nov. 15 and purchased 30-day samples of their skin creme and eye serum. (both products sucked by the way.) for $4.95 and $5.97. I checked the content of the Facebook ad and the forms I filled out to make sure I was not signing up for a subscription or trial, which I was not. The receipts thank me for my purchase and make no mentions or trials or subscriptions. Then, on November 29, I get hit with two charges for $92.99 each ----not even for new products mind you but for the same products I already had paid for in full. After an very frustrating conversation with their alleged customer service people, I allowed them to process refunds for 50 percent while maintaining that I NEVER AUTHORIZED two additional payments of $92.99. I am furious!
It happened to me today. The samples for 4.95 and $5.97 that I paid a month ago. But I did not want a regular order for $92.99, I did not request and want them, don't understand how can they directly charge through my credit card. Luckily, my bank already sent me an message and they block the payment. So I am save.
