The customer was responded to today, September 11th, 2015, at 11:24AM PST with the following email in which we also included an attachment of a screenshot from our account showing that this order was in fact refunded on July 21st, 2015:

have further investigated your orderIt looks like your order was refunded on 7/21/If you do not see the credit back on your original form of payment you will need to contact Walmart support

I have attached the image the shows in red when the order was refunded and the amountWalmart manages all the refund process after we submit the reimbursement
