The item [redacted] ordered was priced at our website based on an erroneous price file sent to PCNation by one of our distributors. It is very unfortunate this occurred. When PCNation became aware of the issue, we immediately pulled the inaccurate price from our website. As we were unable to honor the item at the $22.45 price as it was below cost, we informed [redacted] of the issue and offered the ability to purchase the item at our actual landed cost which was $140.00 with free shipping. [redacted] declined our offer and the order was cancelled. We again sincerely apologize we were unable to honor the erroneous price.
