I am writing in response to a complaint that you received about our business First of all, the Galaxy Note T Mobile was purchased a year back and was sold for $not $ as mentioned by the customer in the statementPlease find the receipt as attachment for proofFurthermore,
we have thirty days in store warranty on the phone after that the warranty goes through the manufacture if there is any defect in the phone The customer brought the phone to our location that his device got relocked for international usage and he had battery issues with the device as wellT Mobile phones used to take a code to unlock the device for any *** *** Now T Mobile devices have application installed after new software update and the device can only be unlocked through the application and not through the codeTherefore, customer has to pay for the unlocking the phone if he has to unlock the device again.
