[redacted] When our financing came up short from the sale of our home and we were unable to complete the contract on the home we had bought, [redacted] and PCsued us based on a clause in the Buyer Agency Agreement for the $commissionBe aware, the Buyer Agency Agreement is not in anyway for the protection of the consumer but for the brokers protection only and does not have to be signed though your agent will tell you otherwiseI have spoken with other brokers, sales reps and my own lawyer who have never seen a broker exercise this clause[redacted] Even the agent we used went to another companyYes you pay less on the listing side, but you still do most of the work yourself, scanning and emailing back and forth and obviously in our case it cost us more than if we had paid a real realestate agency to represent us
