Mosser Co. of San Francisco, without notice has turned me over to a collection agency who is now charging interest on a bill I never received.
From Intuit.com: 4/20/2020 acc'nt opened: $1445; update: 8/14/2020. $1488. I have never received a billing and was not aware of all this until notificed by Intuit, through which I file my taxes. The collections was initiated by former landlord, Mosser Co. of San Francisco for what cause I do not know. I moved with 15 days notice and an email from them said I would not be charged for failure to make a full 30 day notice. Rent had been paid in full, with all furniture moved out from an unfurnished apartment. Move date: 1/31/2020 from
I don't know how I can fight this without an attorney and legal hassles. Both parties, Mosser and this collections agency have acted without any notification to me. Yes, I feel deeply wronged by both parties but want to end this quickly and be done with evil doers. They taint my peace of mind and I choose not to wallow in their slime.
