Review: I had received a payday loan from a company last year that I had defaulted on. I hag gotten a phone call from the company named PCS demanding payment, not knowing who they were I had ask for proof of dept they emailed me a statement which had the correct information of lender and correct amount with large interest tacked on. there was a settlement amount of 510.00 which after about 100 phone calls to my work place with threats of arrest and court in very harassing ways even going as far as calling all over the building and insulting and harassing other employees at my company. when I tried to make payment arrangements with them I was told they could not use my credit card number for monthly payments because their company had had problems of money being missing from people account and required me to pay by way of green dot vouchers which seemed a bit shady to me but I agreed. upon making the third payment I had ask for balance due on settlement at that time I was told my balnce was 575.00. I had already paid 450.00 toward the 510.00 quoted on statement and told them I would only pay the amount left 60.00. after making that payment on 10/** they still told me I owed more and I refused at which point they started calling my work phone constantly over and over again asking to speak to my [redacted] and calling other phones in the building at one point they actually left a message on my phone saying they would continue to call until I was fired from my job. during the last conversation I had with someone named dave and told him that the 510.00 was all I was paying he asked what proof I had that I eeven paid that amount and he then laughed and continued to blow up my phone. I need this to stopDesired Settlement: need them to stop calling me at work as well as my cell phone. I have paid the settlement amount they asked for and want no further contact from them ever again. would also suggest an investigation for I feel they are acting in a fraudulent an illegal manner

Review: I have received phone calls from this place by a [redacted] and a [redacted] stating that I am going to be arrested and there will be a warrant out for my arrest they are very rude I understand I have a payday loan that I need to take care but they do not need to be so rude and the company that they are saying I took the loan out in was sold to them and that they will come to my place of employment and arrest me. They said that I have to get a prepaid card and put money on it.Desired Settlement: I have asked them to send me a statement in the mail of what is owed I have read a lot about payday loan scams and they seem like they are one When you tell them anything they get very rude and yell

Review: This company calls and claims I owe them money for a past balance. I have never worked with this company and never heard of them until they started calling over a year ago. I believe this is a scam and after repeatedly telling them I did not have an account with them and to remove my phone number they still keep calling. Now they have even started calling my work and harassing them and threatening them. They call from a different phone number every time, and claim to have American names but have [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from there scam calling list

Review: This company has called me several times at my job regarding a debt they claimed I have not paid. The debt that [redacted] of the Legal Department has called about is supposedly with [redacted]. [redacted] informs me that there is a law suit because of a $489.00 debt that was not paid. I would need to talk to his supervisor [redacted]. Which he proclaims he transferred me to. Honestly it sounded like the same person, with the same background of others talking. [redacted] informs me again of the same law suit and I can settle the claim by making a payment by purchasing a Green Dot card at [redacted] or [redacted]. After purchasing the card I would need to call them back with the number and after the payment is made they would send me a receipt. Because I asked how would I receive a statement of payment. Why has not anybody send me something in the mail. If this was indeed a legal law suit I would not have to purchase a Green Dot card. I told [redacted] I was going to contact my lawyer and have him contact them regarding this claim. [redacted] then reply not [redacted] we do not have to this we could settle this matter without contacting my lawyer.

I also have asked them not to call me at work. [redacted] ask me for another number or home number he could call me at. I told [redacted] if he had my work number I'm more than sure he could find my home number. Please do not call my work number anymore. After letting [redacted] know I was going to contact the police; he has call six times afterwards to speak with me. I let my supervisor answer the phone and he wanted to discuss why he was calling. My supervisor asked him not to go in detail of my information and it was illegal to call me at work and hanged the phone up.

I have received phone calls from [redacted] and [redacted] before. I do believe it maybe related to another company I have received calls from using another name such as, [redacted] and [redacted]s.Desired Settlement: Not to have any contact with this company ever again. Please remove my information from their database and to informed others who may believe that this is a real matter. I know that collecting a pay day loan is illegal in New York.
