We contracted with PCS Plumbing ATX to perform all plumbing installation for a new single family homeAfter collecting numerous thousands of dollars, they now refuse to come back and finish their work, much of which is substandard and which they promised to fix later.It will be both difficult and expensive to finish this $800,home We are now left without a plumbing contractor and must try to find someone who can figure out what PCS did and a way to finish the workThis fine gentleman has been a nightmare to deal with all throughout the construction process and I would caution anyone who is contemplating doing business with them to reconsider and call a reputable plumber instead

I have been trying, unsuccessfully for weeks to obtain a receipt with a description of my water leak and repairs to give to the City of Austin I have a few days left to get this detailed invoice whereby The City of Austin will review and adjust my bill (not only for the leak but for the forward looking period in which sewage rates are set - the timeframe considered was during the water leak)
