My experience with this company has been horrible. This is a predatory company. I recently received notification that I had an account balance but since my account has been inactive for 6 months, they would be keeping my money. The money should have been returned without incident. I'm not waiting for a refund, this has taken me 4 days to initiate. I had to "prove" that my phone and credit card belonged to me. I will not provide my credit card number to anyone over the phone; they should have been able to verify information. Furthermore, I was chastised by the representative for not keeping up with me account. My response to her was that I clearly don't have people regularly incarcerated, therefore I have no need to keep up with this count.
