I wish I had seen the reviews for this company prior to signing a lease with them At first they seemed to be the perfect rental agency They answered our calls and our maintenance requests Then we informed them of our decision to move Everything changed from that point forward They would ignore our calls, and messages with no call backs Our maintenance requests went unanswered Then to top it all off they charged almost the entirety of our security deposit citing bogus reasons with no explanation They stated damages such as "Towel Hanger" and "Finished cleaning" While I know that this seems to be farfetched for me to say this, as I'm sure most previous tenants do, but the house looked better when we moved out than when we moved in Whatever you do, rent from any agency but this one It will save you a lot of frustration and money in the long run
My husband and I have used PCS to manage our Milton home since They are professional and are an excellent property management companyWe are military and have moved as far away as VA, and because PCS takes care of the big stuff and the little stuff, we have had tenants and our home has been occupied most of the timeThey take care of everything! We are very happy with PCS
