To whom it may concern,I am the GM at PCS Residential and this was the first I had heard of the complaintThe minute I read the complaint, I reached out to the salesperson associated with this issueI was informed by the salesperson that he was waiting for a call back from the customerHe never received a callHere at PCS Residential, we pride ourselves on putting our customers firstIf the customer in this complaint disagrees with my assessment, he certainly can reach out to me directly at any time.Thanks,David [redacted] @pcsrenew.com

We had the project lined up and within two weeks we had rain days. This project is considered a "large" project due to the size and steepness of the roof and will need at least 2-days of no rain. I contacted Ms*** each and every day to let her know that we were working on
getting a crew out there as soon as the weather permitted.She is correct that the crew did not show up on Sunday. Unfortunately, our crew told us they would be there and due to a delay on another project they were not able to make it. Due to storms in MN this year there is a shortage of roofers and her project can only be done by specific crews due to the size and steepness.We had every intention on going out there yesterday but our crew wouldnt be able to get out there until about 2pm which we felt was too late in the day. The crew will be starting today and are currently on their way to her home. The roof will be completed by this weekend as long as the weather cooperates

I am rejecting this response because: The business failed to put the customer first and placed blame on the customer (us not calling them) instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the issue It was clear in my original statement that PCS visited our home and took pictures for an estimate on repair PCS then did not contact us with that estimate I don't think it should be up to the customer to call and ask, "Where's my estimate?" I was under the impression that PCS would contact us when they had the estimate prepared
