issue and was unable to reach Mr [redacted] at [redacted]8. We left a voicemail so we can resolve the issue.  I have also attached the "Intake Form Disclaimer" that Mr [redacted] signed at the time of checking in his computer.  The reason for the repair was "Customer upgraded to Windows 10 and is now having issues stating that Cortana and Start Menu are not functioning,In store the system att-empted to log into the user account for >5 mins,Customer would like us to reinstall Windows 7,"   Please call us back at [redacted]o we can resole this issue.
