PCW Contracting Services

PCW came last winter to "fix" a roof leak. This winter, the same spot is leaking. They came out to put a tarp on the leak and will come back to fix it when the rain stops. Every week I call to follow up, and every week they said they will come next week. After the 3rd week, they said they never got the approval from my HOA. I asked them why they did not say that 3 weeks ago, they said no one would've told me that. I contacted my HOA and they said they did send the approval. I called PCW back and a lady said she will not deal with me and that they are backed up and still won't give me an estimated day they can come out. Communication is inconsistent with no follow up

Review: on 12/13/14 I developed plumbing issues due to root intrusion within the sewer. [redacted] plumbing had to remove the ceramic tile in the bathroom underneath the commode. PCW was assigned on 12/19/14 to inspect and write an estimate for the floor repairs so that the commode could be reset. PCW inspected the home on 1/7/15 and as of 1/6/15 I was informed that the repair estimate still had not been approved by [redacted] of PCW. [redacted] represents the HOA and they too have been unresponsive to my inquiries as to when I can expect the full use of the bathroom.Desired Settlement: PCW needs to repair the bathroom floor so that [redacted] Plumbing may come out and reinstall the commode.
