I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe response from the "business" (actually a rip off artist) is ridiculous: he claims men at hrs each =hrsIf his original price was $that equals $per hourWHO would pay a lawn mower $an hour??? Who would pay $per hour ($actually billed and paid in cash)??? That's bad but the real outrage here is that they spent a fraction of that time doing this workI have done EXACTLY the same work many times and have done it in less than one hour single handedlyJust look at the pictures - the yard is 60Xft - and I had trimmed the bushes myself earlier in the summer - they did not double or triple in size in the interimI was unable to mow the lawn in July since I was with my boys at a program in RIMy year old father had called this "business" (rip off artist) and asked for SEASONAL assistance - lawn mowing and maintenance for the summer and fall - that is WHAT HIS SIGN SAYSMy parents were led to believe PD would do this for the remainder of the summer and fall and PD demanded payment in CASHI called PD after I returned to upstate NY when I found out above the egregious over charge and was told "we would be happy to do the lawn again for the same price"No one in their right mind would pay unskilled workers $54.51/hour for hours to mow a very very small lawn and modestly trim some bushes. Shortly after this episode both my mother and father were hospitalizedHe passed away on October 19th and my year old mother now resides in the dementia ward of a local nursing homeThis "businessman" took gross advantage of elderly people and my next step is to pursue legal action in small claims courtPlease help me to put this fraud out of business Regards, *** ***

I want the sign back.  My original price was $1000 and I provided this consumer with a senior discount. We charge $10 a foot. The consumer contacted us from our Sunday paper ad or Pennysaver ad. The consumer does not deserve a refund at all due to the threatening nature of his calls. We also performed all of the services stated at a great rate.
