These guys are real rip-off artists. Their son, a real estate agent, listed my house while I was out-of-state. He said he had a sale but it was contingent on installing a new roof (the roof was only 12 years old!). He also said he would bid it out. But he never did. His father's biz, PD Property Services did the job and installed a needless, wildly-overpriced, crappy new roof. Real creeps.
