Review: We purchased a delivery truck from PDC Truck & Equipment Leasing and have paid in-full. We have received the truck but are still awaiting the Registration Documents that PDC Truck is required to file with the Department of Motor Vehicles. We are also still awaiting the documents showing ownership. Over the course of the past three months we have repeatedly contacted PDC Truck to request these documents and ask when the registration will be filed. (The temporary registration has expired and we continually receive summons/fees). Each time we are told that we will receive in a few days.Desired Settlement: We request the following - 1. Proof that registration has been sent to the DMV and receipt of current registration documents 2. Payment of 130.00 for two summons we have received for expired temporary registration 3. Receipt of ownership papers for our truck
