While the company has done the right thing and settled with respect to my case, they have not addressed the broader issue of how they are deceptively offering online fillable forms for anyone with an internet connection to fill out, but then they subsequently extort those people for money afterwards by telling them only when they try to print or save the document that they must pay for those features. The product is completely useless without print or save capability. If their intent is to charge for those features, this needs to be stated up front. Many of these documents take a lot of research and time to properly fill out, and after spending hours gathering appropriate information and filling in the form the company has clearly calculated that customers will simply accept it and make the payment when when it is revealed that the user has to pay in order to print or save the documentThis amounts to extortion. It's dishonest, and it takes advantage of consumers. Until this policy is changed this complaint will not have been resolved to my satisfaction
