The complaint generated was the result of our inability to
get back to the customer in a timely mannerThough we did speak, we were slow
in our ability to let the customer know our intentions of repairing the tire
marks left in his yard. We have taken steps to ensure that our calls are returned within
a reasonable amount of time and that a customer will not wait to hear from us

repaired on June 12, by spreading topsoil and grass seed to the homeowner’s

We just had Christopher Bryant Company install a new septic system at our home. The experience was incredible - from the time they came to inspect, give us a proposal and complete the work, they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable experts who did exactly what they said they would in the timeframe promised. This was best experience we have had with a company! They went above and beyond to not only replace our septic but they repaired our driveway (which now looks better than it did before), planted new grass, and cleaned up the entire yard. I would not recommend them more.
