On 4-18-16 I went to the PDQ to get my vehicle clean which I normally go to twice a month but on this day after I've gotten out of the vehicle and walked inside and paid for my car wash between then and the time I got in my vehicle someone had bumped the sunroof A little bit which just allowed enough water to get him in to soak the headliner and for enough water to run down the A,B and C pillars of the vehicle. I called immediately and told me to wait until the manager came in the next day. I' I called immediately and told me to wait until the manager came in the next day. on 4-19-16 I went back to the PDQ to speak with the manager what I was told is there's a sign after you get out of your vehicle and surrender it to the PDQ employees in the walkway to pay for your vehicle there's a sign that says the customer is responsible for Sunroofs windows and etc. which is understandable. The employee should have some sense of responsibility to shut the window or if it is bumped to still be checked before entering the car wash because PDQ employees drive the vehicle into the car wash. And his answer is for me to disassemble the car and let it dry hoping to get the stains out a later date. I showed concern of electrical and mold and he showed no concern and just telling me to let it dry and then they will get the stains ou and his answer is for me to disassemble the car and let it dry hoping to get the stains out a later date. Review: I paid nearly $50 almost a year ago for a "superior interior" wash and interior cleaning of my vehicle. The result was less than worth the money...I completed a comment card for them and they did send me a certificate for a future superior interior. I used it this past weekend and the cleaning was worse than the first time. The inside was hardly touched with a vacuum and my vehicle came through the wash with soap all over the back bumper and tailgate and only partially wiped off after I said something to the attendant.They are clearly offering a service that is not delivered upon.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and for them to pay for my vehicle to be cleaned properly at another location (not there's) somewhere.

complaint that was assigned ID# [redacted].

I have personally reached out to Mr. [redacted] regarding his poor service at

our Northland Ave. location. The

Superior Interior package that Mr. [redacted] purchased accounts for roughly 20% of

our services sold every year and we rarely have any issues with customer

satisfaction with our Superior Interior package. However, whenever an issue arises we like to

meet with the customer and their vehicle to make sure there wasn’t a

miscommunication as to the expectation of services. With Mr. [redacted] being from out of state

visually inspection of the vehicle is not feasible so we are basing our

decision on what Mr. [redacted] relayed in his emailed comment card. I offered Mr. [redacted] a refund of $51.44 from

his original visit in May of 2013 and an additional $51.44 to hopefully have

his vehicle cleaned to his standards at a Car Wash near his home. As of this time Mr. [redacted] has not returned a

phone call placed to [redacted] and he also hasn’t responded to an email at

[redacted]. In the email I asked for address verification

so PDQ can mail him a check. I will

update you when Mr. [redacted] responds to my email or phone call.

Review: On 1/23/16 at 9:50 in the morning, I purchased a "Superior Interior Wash" from the Northland Avenue location. I elected for a better quality wash on this trip because as of late the "Full Service" and "Manager's Special" have resulted in a substandard quality of service. The first indication that I may be taken advantage of was that the wash did not take any longer than the usual ten minutes that the other two options takes. Upon claiming my car at the end of the tunnel, I found that the car was no cleaner on the interior than when I brought it there. The back seat had not been vacuumed, the windows had streaks all over them and were worse than when I arrived. The door jams, all of the plastic in the car, and tires had not been cleaned either as promised in the packaged. The car still had water dripping everywhere as the "towel dry" had been conducted in a hasty manner. As part of the package, it comes with a ten day quality assurance coupon. If the work was not satisfactory, you could get it resolved. I immediately informed the employees working on my vehicle that the car required attention. Their vain attempt was to just quickly wipe the door jam and said "I'll inform my manager, but that's all we can do to clean it more". At that point I was asked to leave as I was "holding up the line of cars". When I returned home, I took photographs to prove they did not render the services promised. I also placed a call to the store manager to resolve the issue. I was informed that all they could do is produce a coupon off my next visit. This was not a satisfactory outcome. As a matter of fact, my prior visit resulted in a $3.00 off coupon as that service was not up to par and was given as a token of good will that I would give them another try. In 2014, they also knocked my rear view mirror off and all I was given was a free coupon for a "Full Service" wash worth $16.99 when I paid $220 to get the mirror replaced. I have exhausted all my options to do right by this business and will be discontinuing further business with them. But this situation must be made right.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to review their product offerings and train their employees to perform to a higher level. I also would like to receive a refund for this wash.
