We our sorry about your unpleasant experience with our company.  We sent Mike our service man out to program new remote for your opener, once he arrived and seen situation he informed you that not only was a remote needed but you would also need a receiver on your older opener.  At this...

point you told him to just go away and not to do work.  As for the $101.41 bill you received, this is our $95 service fee + Local Tax.  I can understand that we didn't do any work therefore you shouldn't owe us any money.  I would like to apologize for my office staff not informing you of our Service Call fee, which includes the drive to your home and one half hour of labor onsite.  Please consider the invoice you received Voided, there is no money owed to us. Thank you, Management.
