I am responding to the complaint made against United Loan Inc. on the date of 3/7/14. [redacted] had reported an error on her pay date deduction. This error has been corrected and the balance waived on her loan. At this time, the issue has been resolved.

Review: I took out a pay day loan through this company in December without a problem. When I needed another loan, I went to them again having had a good previous experience. Everything was fine until my pay cycle at work changed. I called United Loan to have all my existing payments moved up one week so they would continue to coincide with my paychecks. Rep [redacted]" told me this would not be a problem. The first payment on the "new" schedule came out on 2/14 without a problem. But I noticed my checking account was charged again the following week 2/21 in error. I called United Loan and [redacted] refunded the payment the next day. They said they would cover my overdraft fees if I could prove their error caused my account to overdraw. The following week, my payment came out as scheduled on 2/28. Today (3/7) my account was charged AGAIN. I called United Loan and when I asked to speak with a different rep, but [redacted] told me she was the manager and nobody else was available. I asked for corporate information and she gave me a number to call. When I called, it went straight to a voicemail with [redacted] name on it. Now nobody is answering the main number. I googled the "corporate" number she gave me. It belongs to her office in DELAWARE.Desired Settlement: First and foremost, I would like the payment that was taken today in error to be refunded. I'd additionally like ALL overdraft fees I've incurred due to United Loan/[redacted] incompetence to be refunded as well ($105 total). Finally, I would like to be contacted by [redacted]S supervisor. She has claimed in the past to not have a supervisor, but somebody must be signing her paychecks. If the call has to come from the CEO, so be it. This company needs to hear about her atrocious customer service.
