I'm copying this from my *** review as I am livid and their office is irresponsible and nonresponsive to criticism:
Absolute trash repair service that doesn't communicate clearly and doesn't take any responsibility for their behavior, will leave in the middle of a job and not do any workStory: my refrigerator failed two days before christmasIt has an extended warranty through Home Depotthey hired these assclowns to fullfill itthey called me goddamn times over christmas to "confirm" this appointment without giving me any time windowit gets much worseTechnician named Carey shows upDoes absolutely nothingliterally nothingdoesn't attempt to open the refrigerator, doesn't ask what happened, tells me he cannot diagnose it (we've tried nothing and we're all out of ideas)and starts to leavei had to ASK for a card to communicate with his office about next stepsthis was not a concern for them at alli call their officeexplain the situationsome equally irresponsible person named Shawna tells me that they are not responsible for anything, that my warranty is through Home Depot, but that they can send another tech out if I move the refrigerator from the wallafter I ask them if they could've communicated that to me before scheduling the initial service, so we wouldn't have had to go through all that, she tells me that now she's personally upset and will cancel the job altogether to spite me

If I could give zero stars I wouldWe bought a warranty on our *** washer and dryerThey send out this company PDQ to come see what’s going on with our washer and dryerThey never resolved the issue with the dryer and the service tech claims he doesn’t hear the sound that is whirring and making noise from the dryerIt hasn’t even been one year and this is how they treat customersWe send an email with our receiptThe service tech threatened us that if we call one more time they will charge usWe paid warranties for what? To be threatened? That’s nice!!! Wow great customer service!!! (Sarcasm if you’re daft!)
Then we send an email to PDQ and we tell them the whole story about their service tech guy who was rude as hell in our own home! They put us on the line with some manager lady and she’s even worse!! It’s like they’re just in a business to be rude to paying customersShe also threatens us and tells us that she can just call *** and have us switched to another company so we don’t get PDQ or they don’t have to work with us anymoreWhat kind of customer service is this? PDQ is the worst appliance repair business I have ever heard ofThe audacity these people have to not want to listen to the noise a dryer is making and just brush it off then get angry with us as paying customers is totally absurd and insane! The dryer was never making this noise when we first bought it now it just randomly is making a whirring noisePlease do yourself a favor and do not support to go to this companyThey will threaten you and then tell you off to another companyThey do not want to help at all

I called PDQ Repair to come fix my year Samsung old dryerIt had started making a loud buzzing noiseThe woman I spoke to when making the appointment said the charge would be $and I paid it over the phoneI asked her if there were any other charges and she said noI called back several days later to say that the heat had stopped - she said the repair man would take a look at that tooThere was no mention of an additional fee
Because our dryer was so new, Samsung said they'd make a one time exception to the expired warranty and would pay for the partsWe would have to pay for the labor fee (which was already paid over the phone)
The PDQ repair man came and said he needed to replace the heater, which would be ADDITIONAL $labor feeAnd, that he couldn't even fix the original problem (buzzing sound) as the vent needed to be Jerry-rigged (no part needed) which didn't fall under Samsung's warranty repairWE PAID FOR THE SERVICE FEE, yet he would not repair the issue
