I am rejecting this response becauseFirstly, I don't know any Henderson, as my name is Alex Hutchison and my wife is DeborahThe car's odometer read as upon being sent to PDR, and read as upon receipt by customerI never agreed to an inflated diagnostic fee, or did my wifeAdditionally, I believe that the diagnostic fee should be reimbursed due to the fact that the diagnosis was almost completely wrong, and evidently fabricated in part to justify unnecessary repairs or replacement of parts (alternator) that were in proper working order when tested by reputable mechanics

PDR is willing to Refund Diagnostic fees of $to Customer for purpose of Dispute resolution. John @ PDR

Mrs. [redacted] stated she would discuss this with her Husband then call back to let us know how to proceed.  A Tow truck arrived to pick up vehicle without Either Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] calling back to let us know how they were going to proceed.  When Mr [redacted] came to pay for the Diagnostic testing he stated we were 3x times higher than any other shop in town. We provided them with emailed itemized estimate for repairs that was declined, we provided them with test results and finding that we charged $98.68 for time of testing/ Inspection. Vehicle was driven from PDR to 74 east to University Ave. then back the shop two times for the purpose of testing, Was attempting to see if the Battery light would illuminate thus confirming the Customers complaint.
