They have cameras in their business and they did do the repair and the owner called me yesterday and was very very rude said that the only reason I was doing this is because I have a reputation I'm sorry [redacted] was very unprofessional and they are responsible for this? I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.?
