Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Notice was given through email on May 14, 2015 to closed and discontinue [redacted] credit card processing account. Spoke to Madison at PDX Enterprise Solutions on previous day May 13, 2015 to discontinue and closed account. June 2, 2015 email were sent to Michael H [redacted] to closed account and to confirm notification were already given on May 14, 2015, not response back on this email. Spoke and communicated through phone calls and email since May 13, 2015. Spoke with Madison on July 8, informed account were closed on July 7, 2015. PDX Enterprise Solutions claim account is closed, still did not notified [redacted] to closed account. Our lawyer adviced that, "Upon given noticed to closed account, account is closed", and not at fault in anyway. Spoke to Denise July 13, 2015, customer service at [redacted] and stated [redacted] acct # [redacted] still active and fees will still acrue. Were informed by [redacted] customer service, PDX Enterprise Solutions would be the one to able to closed the account. We have communicated and respectively given enough notice to closed account. Requesting account to be closed with the Company and [redacted] ***. Sincerely, [redacted]

Final closure is not in our control and is up to the processor ([redacted]). Furthermore, the reference to the $2 debit was a result of a billing error by [redacted] to not properly collect the April FANF lee on behalf of Visa. 1O,OOO's of merchants were affected by this error. This merchant owes our company $199 for a terminal placement agreement they signed but refused to honor. They rejected our collection we have decided to not pursue legal action. If this merchant's lawyer would like to discuss the actions of [redacted], or this debt owed to us, we welcome the call. Finally, the person who filed this complaint has explained to us he is not the owner of the business even though he signed legal documents acting as an authorized agent of the company. He claims to be only an advisor. We respectively request this claim be purged from our Revdex.com record as it has no merit and was not made by a legal representative of the merchant's company. Re: Revdex.com complaint# [redacted] This response is in regards to the letter mailed to us on August 10, 2015. As of July 28, 2015, the merchant's credit card processing account has been closed by their prior credit card processing company. As we previously stated, our company submitted the closure request when asked; however, we have no control over when an account is closed since the merchant never had a direct contract with us. It has always been in the control of the processor. Any further issues regarding this matter should be directed to the processing company. Nevertheless, the merchant's request to have their account closed was completed last month by their processor. This matter is considered resolved and closed. Thank you.
