Thank you for your business on the recent purchase of your Audi
It has come to my attention that you have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding certain repairs to the vehicle
It is puzzling to me that you are complaining to a 3rd party rather
than coming in to our store during business hours. We are located only blocks away from where you work, and we are open days for a total of hours per week. We are always happy to see you. You can come and see us anytime. We're here for you. I'm disappointed that you have chosen to complain rather than communicating with us directly. I feel that we have been very friendly and accommodating in our service towards you But that's your choice
As for the details of your complaint: you bought a 10+ year old car from us that was purchased "as-is, no warranty" with the following four exceptions:
1) It must pass DEQ
2) fix the valve cover gasket
3) fix the door latch so it stays shut
4) make sure the sunroof doesn't leak
We delivered the car to you with those obligations met. Your car drives wonderfully, I personally took your car to pass DEQ and enjoyed every minute of it
The other items that you are complaining about may possibly be issues that can possibly be fixed, but they do not fall within the scope of our obligations to you. Nor do the things you're describing have any sort of cause and effect relationship relating to any of the work that we have done for you that we did owe to you. In other words, the problems that you're talking about are not related to or caused by anything that we have done for you
It is perfectly for a year old car to have certain minor flaws due to age and use. We make no guarantee or warranty of a used car's condition when we sell them and it is not our legal obligation to do so. Though I do feel that you got a pretty nice running and driving car from us, I do not have to legally guarantee that fact. But it is my personal opinion that your car goes mph just fine, so you've got that going for you, which is nice
At the end of the day, we do not owe you these requested repairs, or anything at all, but we'd be very happy to see you anytime
