Several issues- the driveway was certainly plowed, I have a contract with a local companyEven so, when the dumpster was returned after it was accidentally removed, it was placed at the top of the property next to the house, not at the end of the property in the space I cleared for it to avoid this issueI gave RPE specific instructions on where to put the dumpster and it didn’t happenRPE’s response was that I didn’t put a cone where I wanted the dumpster.....I don’t think a cone was necessary when there was a clear spot at the bottom of the driveway, and your driver put the dumpster feet uphill at the top of the property How do you confuse the bottom of the property by the road with placing it literally outside my master bedroom window in the grass? The charge on February first was requested, I called *** credit union the day before and it was already pending for the first of FebruaryThey weren’t sure if they could stop it and wound up being successful in doing soSo, yes the card was removed but the charge was still requestedFortunately, it was rejected at the bank and the issue of the $charge from February is now resolved. The dumpster was not picked up mid monthThe driver may have checked it off and told you it was picked up, but it wasn’tI brought this up to the receptionist who argued with meWhen a customer has an issue, you look into itThere could have been a mistake on your driver’s part, or maybe he/she checked it off and thought it was the neighbors house againYou don’t argue with the customer and then refuse to let the customer speak to management or an ownerThere was no compromise, no looking into the situation, just shut me down and told me I’m wrong and it was picked upI’m fairly certain I’d know, I live there and used the dumpster daily. A quick google search can show there’s reviews on yellow page showing I’m not the only customer with this issue with RPE.

We had a customer who was Mr***'s neighbor and they asked that we remove their dumpster on January 3rd,2018, unfortunately our driver removed Mr ***'s dumpster instead of the dumpster that was due to be removedMr*** called in to tell us that we removed his dumpster and that it would be okay
if we returned it on Monday January 8th as my driver didMr***'s dumpster was on an every other week schedule and the pick up dates were January 2nd(Delayed to January 3rd due to the Holiday week) January 15th and January 30thOur driver did do the pick up on January 3rd as that was the day he removed the dumpster accidentallyHe also dumped the dumpster on January 15th as he was supposed toOn the pick up day of January 30th Mr***'s driveway was not plowed so our driver could not make it down the driveway to dump the dumpster as scheduledWhen we spoke with Mr*** we informed him as to why the dumpster was not dumped due to the snowHe said to remove our dumpster and to refund his card for the month of JanuaryWe did do pick ups in January and then on February 1st we removed our dumpster with the trash from the dates from January16th-February 1stWe did provide the service that Mr*** paid for the month of JanuaryOn January 31st we did remove Mr***'s credit card so that it did not run for $for the month of FebruaryWe do apologize if there was any inconveniences when our driver removed the wrong dumpster but we did provide the service for the month of January and there were no charges made after January 31st

Our drivers are told that if a driveway is not clear that they are to continue on and not risk damaging the truck or the customer’s property.  When the driver brought the container back he placed it in the spot that it had previously been in.  We do ask customer’s to leave markers for our driver so we can assure that it is placed in the proper place for this reason.   As we stated in the previous message, the credit card was deleted on January 31st and did not run on the 1st of February. The customer submitted his first complaint on January 31st so how he would have known it ran on the 1st of February would not have been possible. The charge for January of $60.00 ran on January 1st and was for the trash that we did remove for the month of January.   When the customer called the office on January 31st the receptionist did speak with his driver who was still on the premises. The driver did assure the receptionist that he did dump the dumpster on January 16th. This driver has been with us for over 4 years and does not get other complaints about missing stops.   When the customer started swearing at the receptionist she told him that we would remove the dumpster and took his credit card off as he asked. The reviews on yellow pages are from years ago and if the customer felt as he did about those reviews he did not have to start service with us. We do have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. We do try to work with customers as best we can but we do not feel as though any credit is due as the customer did receive the service requested.
