Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/08/12) */ On July 21, M [redacted] came to our dealership because she heard a grinding noise and thought she may need rotorsAfter inspection, we explained to Ms [redacted] that in order to get rid of the grinding noise, the front brake pads and rotors would need to be replacedAfter her authorization, we replaced the brake pads and rotors in order to eliminate the noise not because they were fully worn out Then, after completing the authorized repairs, ms [redacted] asked why her brakes were fine in May and now needed to be replacedAt that point, I explained that the May brake inspection showed that the brakes had wear but they still passed inspectionFor the misunderstanding and for good customer service, I agreed to give her 10% off the bill plus the $coupon she had Bosek Motors does not unnecessarily replace car partsWe hold honesty and Integrity as the cornerstone of our businessWe do our best to explain the recommended repairs and welcome all questions so that our customers feel informed and comfortable with the repairs After receiving her complaint via Revdex.com and learning she is still hearing a grinding noise,have attempted to contact her times and left messages In order to resolve this issueShe has not returned my calls, I am asking that MsRobertson contact me to schedule a time when we can inspect her vehicleAt that point I would be happy to discuss any further resolution if necessary Kind regards, Shawn [redacted] Bosak Service Manager

Mr *** did purchase a CRV from Bosak HondaMr *** does have a vibration in the vehicle at idleAmerican Honda is aware of
this issue and is currently working on an update to the software causing this vibrationMr *** has been informed of this several timesThe vibration, though inconvenient, is not a safety issue and therefore not a lemon law case
Our staff has been nothing but professional when dealing with Mr *** despite his threats, bad language, and unprofessional demeanorBosak Honda has done everything in our power for Mr ***We will perform the update on the vehicle when it is made availableMr ***'s issue is not with *** Honda it is with American Honda Motors
Mr *** is not entitled to a new vehicle with more equipment on it than the one he purchasedHe is entitled to have a vehicle in proper, safe working conditionAmerican Honda will see to that

I do not!!! I also understand now this is an issue with Honda America and I have an attorney that is working on this for meI would like to say that Bosak Hondas business practice is very very poor because they knew that the problem with the CRV's did exist and when I asked they blatantly lied about itI was told the car was one of the best and had no problems at all with themThis is advertising and they sold me a car by frauding meI'm thankful for your help Revdex.com but at this time I will have to let the law take care of this in due timeThis issue with my car is well known and there are several lemon lawsuits already filedI will just take this one as a life lesson and know next time to text drive a car before I take the word of three sales people that are just looking out for a pay dayI was also charged more then I was supposed to pay and didn't check that because they they lowered my interest rate and the bottom line numbers were the sameI will say that the service department is the BEST even if they don't have a fix they are working hard and have GREaT attitudesAs fare as customer service, the worst Ever!!! All I asked in the beginning was for a refund or exchange for a new car that works as it shouldThe funny thing about Honda is in one video they say this is a characteristic of the vehicleAnd in a certified letter to me it is just an isolated caseI believe that when a problem happens, this gives a company that cares about their customers the opportunity go above and beyond and keep there customers so happy that they forgot about what the issues were in the first placeThis never happened with me and I never even got an I'm sorry from anyone at Honda at allI did get several sorries from there competitors and friends Once again thank you for listening and hopefully this will help anyone else that might make the same mistake as I did

Bosek Motors does not unnecessarily replace car parts. We hold honesty and Integrity as the cornerstone of our business. We do our best to explain the recommended repairs and welcome all questions so that our customers feel informed and comfortable with the repairs.
