I spoke to the to the customer and told her that we have issued her a credit of 141.96 which was the amount of the bill and last discount since they had had a previous balance. It is resolved

would  typically issue the customer Deposit Refund in four weeks from the final payment payment date. This time is allotted procedurally to ensure that PMLP closes the electric account properly. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted]'s Customer deposit refund was not issued until July 9, 2015.
