application agreement, and supporting documents show that the statements by the complainant are entirely false and contradiction to their submitted and signed application agreements.  Please also note the application agreement, acknowledgement of the relationship of the complainant and the Landlord, not Peabody Restate LLC, AKA Peabody Residential.  I respectfully request that you not only close this complaint but remove it entirely based on the false statements submitted by the complainant.  Please contact me with any further communication and confirmation of the close out of the complaint and removal of it from my profile.  Thank you.  Tino Peabody President  Peabody Residential
