Peace of Mind Cleaning

I have had several negative experiences with this company. The very first cleaning they did for me at my personal home was a nightmare! I met with the owner a few days prior and went over my expectations. On the day of cleaning 2 girls came to my home and I again went over what I needed. They told me no problem and started to clean. I have a home office and spent most of my time working at my computer. I could hear one of the girl's phone ringing several times with a very loud music ring tone. She took one call and spoke very loudly. About an hour later I was told they were done. I went through the home and noticed they did not do what I had specifically asked for to both the owner and the girls. The response from one of the girls was simply that they had another job to go to and that they couldn't do it. I asked why they didn't care to mention this to me instead of just stating they were done. The one girl was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told them to leave and that I would not use them again and so they went outside and called the owner Tammy. The one girl had a very loud and emotional conversation in my driveway with the owner. I then went through the home and took pics of everything that wasn't cleaned and sent them to Tammy. Tammy then called and apologized and offered to have the other girl, who's name was also Tammy, to come back and finish the cleaning. I thought she handled the situation well so I chose to give them another chance. In addition to having them clean my home I also hired them to clean a few homes I was listing as a real estate agent. Each one of those cleanings were less than up to par and I could tell Tammy started to care less about my dissatisfaction. I was supposed to have a regular cleaning at my house last Friday but Tammy cancelled it stating that my regular girl wasn't available. She moved it to Monday and I expected for my regular girl to come but instead she sent someone I hadn't met before named Rachel. This caught me off guard and I was a little disappointed since Tammy knew I only wanted my regular girl, Tammy, to clean my home. Rachel came in and began to clean and I could already tell she was not going to do a great job. I went about my morning and had to make several phone calls. I was on one call and could hear Rachel upstairs in my bedroom having a very loud and disruptive conversation on the phone with someone. She was arguing with someone about another job and I tried to block it out until I couldn't deal with it anymore and had to put my call on hold to ask her to take it outside or finish it later. I was very upset with the lack of professionalism or regard for being in my personal home, especially while I was working. The very next day they were scheduled to clean a house I was preparing for the market. The girl had 4 hours to clean a kitchen (no refrigerator), 2 standard size full baths (floors not included because they were getting replaced, 1 standard size half bath (I told her to not spend too much time on the toilet seats since they were also going to be replaced, 3 ceiling fans and windex the windows throughout the house. The carpet and paint were brand new so I expected this home to be as clean as a whistle with the amount of time she had to clean it. Instead I found that she didn't clean any windows, the sinks were filthy, the stove wasn't cleaned on the outside and the ceiling fans were still caked with dust. I was livid and immediately told Tammy. She said "what is wrong now" and later went on to say I was a difficult customer. She profusely defended her girls work even after seeing the disgusting pictures of the overlooked items. She was extremely rude to me and did not care one bit about the complete lack of thoroughness. It infuriated me that she had the nerve to blame me. I had evidence every single time that there was a problem and she chose to blame it on me. She not only lost a good customer she lost someone who likes to tell the world when she gets good service from someone. Instead I will be telling the world about my awful experiences!
