Review: MY SISTER, [redacted], DIED ON JULY 7TH, AND THE ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE WITH PEACE OF MIND FUNERAL HOME TO PICK UP THE BODY AND CREMATE IT.TO DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED HER ASHES, OR THE DEATH CERTIFICATES FROM THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR, [redacted].WE HAVE BEEN PROMISED A TELEPHONE CALL TO CONCLUDE THIS MATTER BUT, IT NEVER HAPPENS. ALL WE WANT IS HER ASHES SO WE CAN PLAN MEMORIAL SERVICES FOR HER. WE JUST KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND BY THEM. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY'RE UNDERSTAFFED OR WHAT BUT, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THIS MATTER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CONCLUDED IN A MORE TIMELY MANNER THAN THIS.IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO COMPLETE THIS. I AM TO THE POINT OF GOING TO THE MEDIA TO REPORT THIS, SINCE I FEEL IT HAS BEEN LONG ENOUGH TIME TO CLOSE THIS MATTER AND TO LET US HAVE CLOSURE WITH OUR SISTER'S DEATH. PLEASE HELP US TO CONCLUDE THIS SO WE CAN HAVE A MEMORIAL FOR OUR DEAR SISTER AND CLOSE THIS MATTER.THANK YOU FOR YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND ATTENTION.Desired Settlement: WE JUST WANT OUR SISTER'S ASHES SO WE CAN PLAN A MEMORIAL TO HER.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
My family and I just want to say thank you again for your compassion during this difficult time in our lives. As an African American family we were very happy with the professionalism and caring attitude that was showed to us by Piece of Mind Funeral & Cremation Services. The pricing was affordable and well within budget. My sister looked so peaceful and she did not have excessive makeup on. By far they are the best in the Milwaukee, WI area. Hands down better than [redacted] and any other funeral home service facility!!! Thank you again for all of your guidance with the final arrangements.
