Review: I had gone into the [redacted] location. The lights were still on and the door was unlocked. This was after 11 PM at night. Went up to the counter, to where I heard someone counting money in the back. I stood there for more than ten minutes, waiting.When the girl came out, she had an attitude. I asked if I could place an order. With her condescending tone, she stated that there was nothing left and that they had been closed for more than an hour. I asked if I could just purchase a drink. With the attitude, again, she said she counted down her drawer and there was nothing she could do to help me. If she would have given me a cup of water, I would have been happy. She ushered me out the door and locked it behind me.I complained to their main site before. It took over a month and another complaint before I even got a response from a district manager. The woman I spoke to apologized and promised me some free slice and drink vouchers. Mind you, it's been over several months and I RECEIVED NOTHING.I complained to their site again. NO RESPONSE.Desired Settlement: I want free slice and drink vouchers as promised along with a growler for future beverage purchases.
