Peace Officers for A Green Environment Reviews (2)

To Whom it May Concern,This letter is in response to the above referenced complaint filed and my company's perspective of interaction with this customer. This customer was provided a free service including materials, equipment, and labor through a low income programThe technician arrived on
9/22/to evaluate and replace the existing pool pumpAs procedure he tested the electrical voltage at the power supply to the pump (two hot wires coming our of the ground at pump) to verify existing voltageThe technician did not perform any work on the electrical panel or breakers and did not turn off any breakers to complete the replacementThe customer claims that she saw the technician work on the panel for a long time however, she w as not present during the course of their work as she was inside the home with a childWe do not perform any work on the electrical panel as it has to be in working condition and the proper voltage must be present prior to installation or we are unable to complete the job as the program does not upgrade / replace breakers to make the install feasibleThe time spent working at the customer's home was done replacing the old inefficient pool pumpWhen the tech was finished, the pool pump was in good working condition and customer signed off installation paperwork confirming this after he completed the demonstration on how to operate the pump with herTech would not have left home if pump was not workingCustomer and her husband both previously confirmed that the pool pump was working for a few days after the installation.Customer then contacted the office on Saturday 9/24/during closed business hours and left a message requesting assistance with the pumpWe then spoke to the customer on the following business day Monday 9/26/Customer request for assistance was forwarded directly to the installation technician who went through troubleshooting with her over the phoneShe then sent a picture of the electrical panel to the tech and he was able to see in the picture that the breaker to the lights was turned off as well as one of the breakers to the pool pompCustomer claims she pushed the breakers to turn them back on without successTech then advised that electrical panel is her responsibility as it is not part of the installationTech also scheduled a courtesy visit when next in the area for Friday 9/30/to check the pump. When tech arrived late Friday evening he was accompanied by the customer's husband who led him to the breaker panelWhen tech checked pump, found that there was no power supply to pumpAfter looking at panel with husband tech noted that there was an existing old breaker laying near panel and asked him who changed the breakerHusband confirmed that he did change out breaker previously and was aware of existing issues with his panel as he had done some research as to cost in replacing / upgrading the panel prior to pump installTech then suggested to customer that if he was aware of existing panel issues and was replacing one of the two pool pump breakers then it would be advised to ensure both are working properly as the pump requires both breakers to operate properlyAs courtesy tech also suggested that customer replace lights breaker as they did not appear to be in working condition eitherHusband stated that he understood and was aware that it was his responsibility to maintain / service electrical panel and will have breaker replacedHe then offered to walk customer through timer resetting when power is restored to panelHusband signed service call sheet stating the above. On Saturday 10/1/during closed business hours, husband left a voicemail informing the tech that the power has been restored to the pump and that he needed assistance with resetting the pump timer. On Monday 10/3/the customer then sent the tech a text advising that the pump was still not working but she checked and that there was powerHe then received a text stating that the power was back on to call to reset timeText advised he would be able to walk husband through timer reset when the husband arrived home to be availableCustomer then contacted the office requesting to be reimbursed for replacing the breakers and claimed that pump never worked after install although she was walked through demo and signed off install paperwork stating that it was workingAlso confirmed with her and husband prior that unit was working after install for a few daysI contacted customer back and attempted to review install and tech notes with her, she insisted that tech worked on panel and that she watched him, however she was not outside during install and was not present during courtesy call with husbandShe stated that she expects reimbursement for breakers they replaced on their ownSuggested that I hold conference call with husband and tech to clarify install and service call information provided as customer's husband and tech to clarify install and service call information provided as customer's husband was present for courtesy callAlso as agreed tech walked husband through timer reset over the phone and confirmed with him that pump was now operating correctly. On Tuesday 10/4/per agreed upon conference call at his convenience (after business hours 7:00pm), contacted husband via phone with tech present to review install and courtesy visit informationHusband confirmed that pump was in working condition and that he did replace breakers on his own but insisted that per wife we should reimburse cost of breakers and labor to replace themAdvised that pump was in working condition after install, that tech did not at any time during install work on or touch breakers and advised that we are not responsible for work performed to breaker panel by himself of another company he may have hired to replace the breakersHe then ended call confirming that we would not reimburse their claim as the work was not done by my company and he changed the breakers on his ownCustomer then continues to text and harasses the tech on his personal cell phone well outside of business hoursI then received a couple of emails from her expressing her dissatisfaction with not being reimbursed and that she would report to social media, etcto file complaints. Sincerely,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because:My husband and I strongly disagree with the explanations provided by the manager of Peace Officers for A Green Environment, *** ***I am going to quote each of Rachelle’s explanations in order to provide a detailed perspectives for Revdex.com, what *** wrote was not accurateAll my explanations are true and honest*** wrote: “The customer was provided a free service including materials, equipment, and labor through a low income program.” I felt very uncomfortable and didn’t know the reason why *** started this in the first sentence It was true, it was a free service, but does this mean the technician and the company has to provide unprofessional service for us? This made us feel that *** was discriminating our low income familyThe feeling of discrimination was also strongly expressed from *** during the conversations on the phone that she reminded us this was a free service.“The customer claims that she saw the technician work on the panel for a long time however, she was not present during the course of their work as she was inside the home with a child.”I was present during the course of their workI was in and out from my living room to backyard where my pool was locatedAlso, my house has floor to ceiling windows from my living room facing the backyard.( I have attached picture.) I could see it clearly from my living room that *** Pizza worked on the breaker panel for a long time on 9/22/If he denied that he worked on my breaker panel, why *** asked me “Where is the electrical panel?” I did saw him opened my electrical panel and did some work on my breaker for a long time. Also, who told *** I was inside my home with a childDid he enter my house? It was a regular school day on 9/No children inside my house at that timeThis is an evidence that *** and *** provided a statement.“When the tech was finished, the pool pump was in good working condition and customer signed off installation paperwork confirming this after he completed the demonstration on how to operate the pump with herTech would not have left home if pump was not workingCustomer and her husband both previously confirmed that the pool pump was working for a few days after the installation.” The pool pump was in working condition when I signed off installation paperworkHowever, once he left, the backyard lights, pool lights couldn’t turn on, and the pool pump stopped working on the same day on 9/22/when *** left , not few days The electrician that came on 9/after *** left said that pool pump, backyard lights and pool lights' wires were misconnected to each others which were in the same panel, that’s why it was overloaded so the backyard lights wasn’t able to turn on and the pool pump stopped working afterwards because the voltage of the pool and the lights were different that leaded to short circuit of the pool pump“She then sent a picture of the electrical panel to the tech and he was able to see in the picture that the breaker to the lights was turned off as well as one of the breakers to the pool pumpCustomer claims she pushed the breakers to turn them back on without successTech then advised that electrical panel is her responsibility as it is not part of the installationTech also scheduled a courtesy visit when next in the area for Friday 9/30/to check the pump.”This company always have to leave a message and cannot find immediate assistanceI called several times to the company and couldn’t make an earlier appointmentLater, the operator finally told me the earliest appointment was days after installation which was 9/Because of this, *** called me from his cell phone and asked me to send a picture of the electrical panel, I told him the pool, and lights breakers were OFFHowever, I didn’t push on the breakers because I was scared to do thatHow could I broke the backyard lights, pool lights and pool pump after he left? I am not an electrician and I wasn’t even dared to touch the breakerAlso, *** wasn’t ethical and professional that he asked me to touch on the breaker which I already told him I was scared to touch themHe shouldn’t ask me to do thatAnyone should know that electrical circuit failures are best identified and repaired by a professional licensed electrical contractor who can identity the problem quickly and avoid potential danger of electrical shock“After looking at panel with husband tech noted that there was an existing old breaker lying near panel and asked him who changed the breakerHusband confirmed that he did change out breaker previously and was aware of existing issues with his panel as he had done some research as to cost in replacing / upgrading the panel prior to pump installTech then suggested to customer that if he was aware of existing panel issues and was replacing one of the two pool pump breakers then it would be advised to ensure both are working properly as the pump requires both breakers to operate properlyAs courtesy tech also suggested that customer replace lights breaker as they did not appear to be in working condition eitherHusband stated that he understood and was aware that it was his responsibility to maintain / service electrical panel and will have breaker replacedHe then offered to walk customer through timer resetting when power is restored to panelHusband signed service call sheet stating the above.” There wasn’t an existing old breaker lying near panelPool pump and light breakers are all lined up inside ONE electrical panel*** and *** made another statementMy husband didn’t change any breakers previously prior to pool pump installationAll my breakers inside the panel were working in an excellent condition before installationAs everyone may know, changing breakers need to pay around cost of the breakers plus $150-$per labor service feesIf *** and *** were saying the truth, why we have to change only pool breaker but not both and we have to pay twice the labor fees when we change the pool breaker in the 2nd time?? *** denied that he touched our panel and said he wasn’t responsible for the panel problem and asked my husband to sign off the service call sheetMy husband signed it reluctantly because he argued with my husband for a long time and it was already very dark around pm, since he came around pm on 9/(I have recorded in my phone that he texted me to come around 7pm on 9/30)But please noted that the service call sheet didn’t note that we have changed pool pump breakerHe just asked us to change all breakers( I have attached.) “On Monday 10/3/the customer then sent the tech a text advising that the pump was still not working but she checked and that there was powerHe then received a text stating that the power was back on to call to reset timeText advised he would be able to walk husband through timer reset when the husband arrived home to be availableCustomer then contacted the office requesting to be reimbursed for replacing the breakers and claimed that pump never worked after install although she was walked through demo and signed off install paperwork stating that it was workingAlso confirmed with her and husband prior that unit was working after install for a few daysI contacted customer back and attempted to review install and tech notes with her, she insisted that tech worked on panel and that she watched him, however she was not outside during install and was not present during courtesy call with husbandShe stated that she expects reimbursement for breakers they replaced on their ownSuggested that I hold conference call with husband and tech to clarify install and service call information provided as customer's husband and tech to clarify install and service call information provided as customer's husband was present for courtesy callAlso as agreed tech walked husband through timer reset over the phone and confirmed with him that pump was now operating correctly.” I asked another electrician to fix the electrical panel, the power was back on 9/after *** leftHowever, the timer wasn’t turned on and the pool pump was still not workingThe pool had been dirty, bad smell and mosquitos coming out for more than days*** told my husband on 9/that we could call him anytime to reset the timer if the power was back on, that’s why I texted him on Sat 10/after the power was back on, however, *** wasn’t able to help out on 10/and I told him in the text that my husband will be off very late after business hour around 730pm on Monday 10/and he texted ok, that was why we texted him after business hourThe supervisor never provided a conference call with the technician and my husbandShe only called my husband on 10/that the company won’t be responsible for the breaker problemThe technician never showed up in the conference call(Revdex.com please ask *** to show evidence of the conference phone numbers on her phone if she did) Also, the supervisor said she won’t talk to me in the conference call, she has to talk to my husband directlyThat is the reason why I wasn’t show up during courtesy call on 10/4.“On Tuesday 10/4/per agreed upon conference call at his convenience (after business hours 7:00pm), contacted husband via phone with tech present to review install and courtesy visit informationHusband confirmed that pump was in working condition and that he did replace breakers on his own but insisted that per wife we should reimburse cost of breakers and labor to replace themAdvised that pump was in working condition after install, that tech did not at any time during install work on or touch breakers and advised that we are not responsible for work performed to breaker panel by himself of another company he may have hired to replace the breakersHe then ended call confirming that we would not reimburse their claim as the work was not done by my company and he changed the breakers on his ownCustomer then continues to text and harasses the tech on his personal cell phone well outside of business hoursI then received a couple of emails from her expressing her dissatisfaction with not being reimbursed and that she would report to social media, etcto file complaints“We stated again that the supervisor didn’t provide conference call with technician and supervisorOnly the supervisor, *** called my husband that she wasn’t be responsible for the breaker problemWe stated that my husband and I didn’t text and harass the tech and the supervisorI sent emails to the supervisor in following up the cases All my emails and what I wrote were legalI could provde Revdex.com a copy of each upon requestIf they said I was harassing them, please show us evidencesAlso, ***, personally and their company know where we live, so who are in potential danger of harassment? In conclusion, We have paid $to the electrician to fix the electrical panelTo be fair, at least, the company has to reimburse us for the breaker parts chargesWe have attached receipts of the chargesAgain, we don’t think even we are low income family and we got the pool pump for free, this company had to provide unprofessional service to usWe were totally disappointedThe supervisor never investigate and was at the technician’s sideThe operator told me that *** was the only technician in the companyMaybe of this reason, the company is relying totally on *** for installation and the supervisor won’t blame the burden to *** and this created that *** couldn’t provide professional services to customersAs I am telling the truth, their website is hiring pool installer and technician now
