we purchased a commercial dishwasher through ACityDiscount.com (Peach Trader, Inc.) on 12/11/and we received the shipment on 12/19/we were unable to inspect the unit before signing the delivery receiptthe next day, we opened the package and found out the unit was damagedwe contacted ACityDiscount immediately on 12/20/12/21/2017, we received an email from *** *** Customer Support Coordinator of ACityDiscount, asking for pictures of the damagewe received an update email on 12/27/stating because we signed the delivery receipt, it cleared of their liability so they filed a concealed damage claim with the *** *** *** transit system

I received the wrong faucet, so I called to let them know it won't work because we need a wall mount faucet The customer service repsaid I ordered the wrong one which seems impossible since they look very different I was asking for a return label so I could send it back but I was promised a call back and never got one in regards to if they would send me a label A week went by and I just decided to send it back which cost me $ Then weeks padt and no refund I called in different times being told I would get a call back which never happened So I called Amazon since I paid through them and they contacted Peach Tradet and then I got an email saying they would refund my order minus 25% restocking fee of 76xx more dollars This company doesn't care about their customers they are rude and lie to you I decided to dispute the charge on my credit card since they hadn't refunded me and they have the faucet Then and only then did I get a partial refund This has been a nightma

purchased a table and casters and an ice cream machine from them the table I purchased from them started collapsing on one side called them was told it was not heavy enough for the ice cream machine I told them this was the table their sales lady said we needed this has been going on since 7-20-now today *** at company told me they think the set screw is wrong now why weeks later is the screw the problem when earlier it was the table weight limit over.if this is how they do business out of state id hate to see how they do people in their area the table cost so now our church is out this amount for nothing we can use they nwed to quit finding excuses

I received my order damaged, which the driver noted, the company say to inspect the item before signing and the trucking company say you must sign before opening, so both companies are protected and the consumer is left with the daunting tack of fighting for what they paid forPeach Trader costumer service said to take pictures and send them, which I did, they called and said the manufacturer would not give me a replacement because I didn't respond quick enough, I was out of town when it was delivered and I can prove that, I didn't order it from the manufacturer I ordered it from Peach Trader, the costumer service said they might not replace the deep fryer and she asked me for a price for filing a claim with the trucking company I said I paid for a new, undamaged fryer and want what I paid for

I had Ordered Brand new Ice Freezer from Peach Trader INC and when it came I had Plug it in and was not working so I had told them hey the cooler I received is not working I need new cooler and they had sent out someone to fix it and they found out that it had no Freon and then when he checked into it it had leak so I called the company that this cooler is not brand new cooler because it had leak and had no Freon because of it so then to me as a customer is cooler is not new because it was never working when I received it so I am either looking for new Freezer and get this one picked up because I paid for new Freezer and they keep saying is new cooler but as to customer as me its not because I didn't receive it in working order and I paid full price for it so I am looking for them to pick this cooler and refund me my full money and will shop somewhere else for new working cooler
