I do apologize, but unfortunately you have reached the wrong companyWhile we do sell beauty products, we do not sell our products at the price
points listed or even eye therapy solutions, nor have we ever done business with youWe have confirmed the information with our credit card processors, and our database that indeed we have never done business with you
However, there is hope for your issueOn your credit card or bank statement a merchant has to have a listed phone number and the name of the company associated with the charge, it is located on the line item for that chargeIf that is the number you have called to speak with their customer service and they failed to assist you, we recommend contacting your back and issuing a dispute with your bankIf the number listed was not the number you dialed, we advise that you call that company
In addition, if you saw our name Ojas Enterprises, LLC and our customer service phone number ###-###-#### on your packing slip or on a website that does not sell our products, nor owned by us, please contact us at your earliestThis is a serious matter, as we do not take kindly to individuals misrepresenting our company

To whom it may concern,   We will be happy to assist the customer. While we are running a promotion, whereby with a purchase of our product you will receive a Reward Card from “Name My Reward”. Unfortunately, [redacted] is owned and operated by a different company. The cards...

are supplied to us directly from them already preprinted and ready to go. [redacted] does offer customer support on their own site via [redacted] . Normally, if a card fails activation; it means it has already been used or there is a technical reason within that company. Again, we have no access to any information about why a particular card may not be working correctly.
