Review: We had our roof replaced on September 10, 2013. A few weeks later on September 24, 2013 we went on our roof to clean the chimney to find serious soft spots where it felt like the roof was going to give way. Per the proposal, plywood was to be replaced where needed. During the initial inspection of the roof it was noted that a few pieces of plywood needed replaced but it is evident that no plywood was replaced. Note, we had multiple quotes before selecting this company and all companies said some plywood would need replaced. I have left messages on the owners cell phone, home phone and emailed him but he hasn't returned any messages. On November 1, 2013 our roof leaked leaving a stain spot on the ceiling in the kitchen. I again left messages and even spoke with a younger female over the home number but still no response. Unfortunately that lead me here.Desired Settlement: At no additional cost to us we want the following repairs made.1. Repair the leak immediately to avoid further damage.2. Repair the soft spots by replacing the plywood and re-shingling.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Peachey's Roofing returned to the job site on 11/14/13 and made the necessary repairs.
